What counts as a synced worker?

Any worker that Klef has to check to run its synchronization engine. For example, if your HRIS has 100 employees but only 50 of them are actively being synced to downstream systems by Klef, you will only be billed for the 50.

How is the per-worker rate calculated?

It's a flat rate per synced worker per month, with no per-seat or per-connector fees.

What's the difference between Standard and Enterprise?

Both are the full product. Enterprise adds dedicated support - a named CSM, priority SLA, and hands-on onboarding.
