Stop paying for ghost accounts.Automated license reclamation.

The Problem

Your departments' budgets are being bled by unused, over-provisioned, or "just-in-case" licenses. Manually allocating or de-allocating is a tedious process and often done days after it needed to be done, going into the next billing cycle and costing your department more.

Workflow-Directed Allocation

Klef couples license allocation to the worker's actual requirements.

Allocation is a function of the worker and their lifecycle status, expressed through a workflow. For example, a workflow can enforce that only when Department is IT and the worker is Active or Leave, have a GitHub Copilot seat.

Instant License Reclamation

When a worker's attributes or lifecycle state changes (e.g., transferring to sales, or terminating employment), their license requirements are recalculated. Klef picks up on this and automatically de-provisions unnecessary accounts.

Auditable Execution with Plans

Every workflow run produces a plan showing which licenses will be added, removed, or changed. These plans can be reviewed manually for testing and debugging, or automatically committed depending on your workflow configuration.
